  • Account and subscription data: for the duration of the relationship + the statutory limitation periods under Estonian law (generally up to 3–10 years depending on the claim).
  • Job applications and CVs: maximum 1 year from receipt (or until you withdraw consent), after which they are securely deleted.
  • Technical logs: usually up to 12–14 months.
  • Accounting and tax records: as required by Estonian law (normally 7 years).

5. Who we share data with

We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the website, send emails, process payments or host data (these act as processors under contracts that require them to protect the data).
  • Potential employers or recruiters, only if you have given explicit consent for your profile or CV to be shared.
  • Authorities when required by law.
