General Terms and Conditions of Subscription

2. Scope of the Service

We offer different subscription plans. The features, duration and price of each plan are shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Access to the paid features depends on the plan you choose.

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

3. Formation of the Contract

The subscription contract is formed when you complete the purchase process and we confirm it (usually by email).

By completing the purchase you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity under your national law)
• You have read and accepted these Terms
• The information you provided is accurate

4. Price and Payment

Prices are shown on the website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout (credit/debit card or other enabled methods).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be taken using the payment method on file.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

If a free trial or promotional period is offered:

• You will be clearly informed of the duration of the free period
• You will be informed of the price that will apply after the free period ends
• You must cancel before the end of the free period if you do not want to be charged

If you do not cancel in time, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the first charge will be made automatically.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email is sufficient) within the 14-day period. You may use the following model form, but it is not obligatory:

“I hereby withdraw from the subscription contract concluded on [date].
Name:
Email associated with the account:
Date:”

Send the withdrawal notice to legal@jockare.com.

If you withdraw during the 14-day period, we will refund any payment received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Important: If the service has already started during the withdrawal period with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, you may lose the right to withdraw for the part already performed.

7. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel:

• Log into your account and use the “Cancel Subscription” option, or
• Send an email to legal@jockare.com stating that you wish to cancel, including the email address linked to the account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

8. Personal Data

We process personal data in connection with the subscription in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The legal basis is performance of the contract and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Significant changes will be notified to you in advance (usually by email or through the website). Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

You may also submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
